Maybe like you, we started from very little knowledge of saffron, or growing it. We leaned on the knowledge of one or two other Australian growers, and like them, have learned from lots of trial and error along the way. We get a lot of requests for information on how to start growing saffron, importing corms, and lots of other areas of being a saffron farmer, which we love, and are happy to share.
