When we started out, we knew very little about growing saffron. We leaned heavily on the generosity of one or two other Australian growers who were willing to share what they knew, and from there, it's been years of trial and error to get where we are today. We get a lot of enquiries about starting out, importing corms, and pretty much every other part of being a saffron farmer — and we genuinely love sharing what we've learned. Booking in some time with us means we can prepare properly and give you information that's actually relevant to your situation: your location, your land, and where you're up to on your own journey, rather than a generic overview.
